Musselfest 2009

My lovely wife experimented with mussels tonight. She got it all right except maybe the quantity. The kids were not nuts about them so Andrea and I shared 4 lbs (in shell). I ate about 50 mussels. Oh and there was tomatos and fresh mozzarella in olive oil, bread to soak up the broth and a cold sparkling wine too. Ah, Andrea is great.

Simon's First Birthday

Simon turned One on Friday. We had a family B-day party for him on Saturday. Note the "3rd Child" birthday cake.
Simon is doing good. He eats everything food or otherwise. He loves his new push toy. He continues to be the easiest baby ever. He even says "Da-Da", but it is a multipurpose word for now.
